Piña Colada Protein Smoothie Recipe

Do you get stuck in a rut when it comes to protein shakes? Me too!!! Here is one of my favorite smoothies I like to make to mix (pun intended haha) things up! 


It's packed with gut-healthy collagen protein, nutrient dense spinach, and immune-boosting vitamin C from the pineapple. 








Piña Colada Protein Smoothie


-1 Cup Coconut Milk (you can use the carton of coconut milk or full-fat canned coconut milk if you want this to be more filling or are doing this for low-carb day. If using canned coconut milk, I do 1/2 cup of the milk and 1/2 cup of water)


-1 Cup of Spinach (I like to freeze my spinach in ziploc bags if it's starting to go bad)


-1 Banana (use frozen if you want it creamier - ugh, I hate that word haha)

-1 scoop Collagen Peptides (I LOVE this brand! Use discount code MARLEE) - 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple - Optional - coconut flakes and/or chia seeds DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Using a high-powered blender (this one is my favorite), add spinach, coconut milk, collagen peptides and coconut flakes/chia seeds (if using) and blend until smooth.

  2. Next add in the pineapple and blend again.

  3. Enjoy!!!
